Warranty Terms:
Full Spectrum Solutions is so confident in the Berkeley Lamp II the fixture is guaranteed for three full years and each bulb for two years. Call 1-888-574-7014 or email warranty@berkeleylamp.com to obtain warranty service.

Damaged Products:
In the unlikely event damage occurs during shipping contact 1-888-574-7014 or email warranty@berkeleylamp.com. Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc will provide instructions on how damage claim will be handled.

Returning a Product:
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Full Spectrum Solutions, Inc products. We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us within 60 days of purchase for Return Mechandise Authorization, RMA, which is required for all returns

Call 1-888-574-7014 or email warranty@berkeleylamp.com to obtain RMA number. Requests for RMA will be adressed within 48 hours. Return merchandise must be received in the original packaging, with the RMA number clearly written on the package. Be sure to use a carrier such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service that offers insured and traceable service. Please allow several days after receipt of undamaged product for refund to be issued via payment method used for purchase. Failure to obtain a RMA number and write it on the outside of the box may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
